What is the return policy?
No returns for custom orders. We do our absolute best to match your needs and making your end product exactly what you want.
Return Policy for Non-Custom Items:
A receipt date within 30 days is required for ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES. ID may be required. All returns and exchanges must be new and unused. Store credit will be given for all authorized returns. If an item is exchanged for merchandise that is priced less than the original item, a store credit will be given on the difference. No refunds on personalized items. NO CASH REFUNDS.
What are the shipping options?
We ship to 48 states (not included Hawaii or Alaska). Special requests may be considered. Large signs are unable to be shipped due to size.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on if the order is customized or not, it can range from 5 business days, to a full month. For custom orders, confirmation will be send as soon as the order is placed and an estimated time will be given.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Contact us for the tracking number.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Contact us immediately with the issues and we will follow up and find a solution.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Send the changes to us immediately and we will do what we can to solve the issue. If the item has been completed or the step you're looking to change has already been completed, there may be an extra charge.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
If there are any questions about a specific size, contact us and we will send a size chart. We use many different brands and to post each size chart, we would need a whole other website.
Do we paint signs?
No, we do not use any paint on our signs.
What products do we use to make signs?
We use aluminum, dibond, coroplast and pvc most often.
Painted sign vs. digitally printed or vinyl?
Painted signs don’t have the longevity or handle the weather as well. Digital and vinyl weatherizes much better.

Two, digitally printed or vinyl.
